Last updated: September 13, 2026

Türkçe: Hesap ve Veri Silme
This English translation is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Turkish version, the Turkish version applies.

You may delete your Vagara account from within the app at any time; you do not need to write to us for this, and the process is carried out immediately. Most of your personal data is permanently deleted through this process. Some content, however, is not deleted; what that content is, and how you may request its removal as well, are set out below.

Deleting From Within the App

  1. Open the Vagara app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Profile tab and open Settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right.
  3. Scroll down to the Account heading.
  4. Tap the Delete account option.
  5. Read the warning that appears and confirm by tapping the Delete account button. This action cannot be undone.

If You Cannot Access the App

If you do not have your phone with you or cannot sign in, send an email from your account's email address to legal@arfhause.com with the subject "Account deletion request". Following identity verification, we will conclude your request within 30 days at the latest.

Why does some content remain?
Other users may have added a route you shared openly with the community to their own plans; groups and events you founded contain other members' messages and participation. In this content, your name is changed to "Deleted user". Your private routes are not visible to others but are not deleted; your spots awaiting approval are not deleted either and may later be approved and published. Because a GPS track may be linked to you due to locations such as the starting point, we do not regard these records as fully anonymous. If you want a route (including private ones), a spot, a group or an event to be removed completely, write to legal@arfhause.com before deleting your account.
