By downloading or using the Vagara application ("App"), you are deemed to have accepted the following terms. The App is operated by Mehmet Tuğrul Kaya (Konya, Türkiye).
1. Description of the Service
Vagara is a mobile application that offers discovery of walking/running routes in Türkiye, activity recording, sharing of nature observations, and community features.
The routes, maps, duration/difficulty information, and weather data in the App are for informational purposes only; their timeliness and accuracy are not guaranteed. Hiking, climbing, and similar activities carry a risk of serious injury and death. Before setting out on an activity, it is entirely your responsibility to assess official sources, weather conditions, and your own physical condition, to carry the necessary equipment, and to engage a guide when necessary. By using the App, you accept that you assume these risks.
2. Account
- You must be over 13 years of age to create an account.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and for the actions carried out through your account.
- You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
3. User Content
- You retain the rights to the routes, photos, observations, and comments you share; you grant Vagara the right to display them within the App.
- Sharing content that is unlawful, insulting, misleading (e.g., presenting a dangerous route as safe), or infringing on the rights of others is prohibited.
- It is your responsibility to comply with the rules applicable in protected areas (national parks, military zones [askeri bölge], etc.).
- Content and accounts that violate the rules may be removed without prior notice.
4. Premium Subscription
- Vagara Premium is a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, and payments are collected through your Apple App Store account.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation and management: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
- Prices may change; the change takes effect at the end of the current period.
5. Intellectual Property
The App's design, brand, badge/medal images, and software belong to Vagara; they may not be copied without permission. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." It is not guaranteed that it will operate without interruption or error. Without prejudice to the mandatory rules of law in force, Vagara cannot be held liable for damages arising from the use of the App, from route or data errors, or during your activities.
7. Changes and Termination
The terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. The Service may be modified or terminated on reasonable grounds.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Konya (Konya mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri) have jurisdiction over disputes.
