      Özet: Bu uygulama hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz, saklamaz veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz. Hesap açılmaz, reklam gösterilmez, analitik/izleme aracı kullanılmaz.
    

1. Kapsam

Bu gizlilik politikası; Android, iOS ve masaüstü platformlarında ücretsiz olarak sunulan Kur'an-ı Kerim: İndeksli ("Uygulama") için geçerlidir. Uygulama, MTKaya (ARFHAUSE) ("Hizmet Sağlayıcı") tarafından "OLDUĞU GİBİ" kullanılmak üzere sunulmaktadır.

2. Toplanan Veriler

Uygulama hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Kayıt/üyelik yoktur, analitik veya reklam SDK'sı içermez, kullanım istatistiği gönderilmez, cihazınızın konumu alınmaz.

3. Cihazınızda Saklanan Veriler

Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklanır ve hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez:

Yer imleri, kişisel notlar ve son okunan ayet/sayfa bilgisi
Uygulama ayarları (tema, yazı tipi boyutu, seçili meal ve hafız vb.)
Çevrimdışı kullanım için önbelleğe alınan içerikler

Bu verileri uygulamanın verilerini temizleyerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz.

4. Üçüncü Taraf İçerik Sunucuları

Ses tilaveti, mushaf sayfa görselleri, yazı tipleri ve sayfa verileri gibi içerikler, talep ettiğinizde aşağıdaki harici servislerden indirilir:

everyayah.com — Kur'an tilavet ses dosyaları
Google Drive (drive.usercontent.google.com) — Türkçe hafız ses dosyaları
files.quran.app — Mushaf sayfa görselleri
api.alquran.cloud — Sayfa/ayet meta verileri
Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) ve jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — Arapça yazı tipleri

Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi, bu sunucular isteği yapan cihazın IP adresini ve standart teknik istek bilgilerini teknik zorunluluk gereği görür. Hizmet Sağlayıcı bu servislere ayrıca hiçbir kişisel bilgi iletmez ve bu servislerin veri uygulamalarını kontrol etmez. Google servisleri için Google Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir.

5. İzinler

Uygulama yalnızca yukarıdaki içerikleri indirebilmek için internet erişimi izni kullanır. Konum, kamera, mikrofon, rehber gibi hassas izinler istenmez ve kullanılmaz.

6. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama her yaş için uygundur ve 13 yaş altı çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden veri toplamaz.

7. Veri Silme ve Vazgeçme Hakkı

Tüm veriler cihazınızda olduğundan; uygulamayı kaldırmanız veya cihaz ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizlemeniz, verilerin tamamının silinmesi için yeterlidir.

8. Güvenlik

Kişisel verileriniz Hizmet Sağlayıcı'ya hiçbir şekilde iletilmediği için sunucu kaynaklı veri ihlali riski bulunmaz. Harici içerik istekleri şifreli (HTTPS) bağlantı üzerinden yapılır.

9. Politika Değişiklikleri

Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi güncellenir. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

      Summary: This application does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking tools.
    

1. Scope

This privacy policy applies to The Holy Quran: Indexed ("Application"), available free of charge on Android, iOS and desktop platforms, created by MTKaya (ARFHAUSE) ("Service Provider"). This service is provided for use "AS IS".

2. Data We Collect

The Application collects no personal data. There is no registration or account, no analytics or advertising SDKs are included, no usage statistics are transmitted, and the Application does not access your device's location.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The following information is stored only on your own device and is never transmitted to any server:

Bookmarks, personal notes, and your last-read verse/page position
Application settings (theme, font size, selected translation and reciter, etc.)
Content cached for offline use

You can delete this data at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the Application.

4. Third-Party Content Servers

Content such as audio recitations, mushaf page images, fonts and page metadata is downloaded on demand from the following external services:

everyayah.com — Quran recitation audio files
Google Drive (drive.usercontent.google.com) — Turkish reciter audio files
files.quran.app — Mushaf page images
api.alquran.cloud — Page/verse metadata
Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) and jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — Arabic fonts

As with any internet request, these servers technically receive the requesting device's IP address and standard technical request information. The Service Provider does not send any additional personal information to these services and does not control their data practices. Google services are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Permissions

The Application only uses the internet access permission, solely to download the content listed above. Sensitive permissions such as location, camera, microphone or contacts are neither requested nor used.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is suitable for all ages and does not collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

7. Opt-Out and Data Deletion

Since all data lives on your device, uninstalling the Application or clearing its app data from your device settings deletes all of it.

8. Security

Because your personal data is never transmitted to the Service Provider, there is no server-side data breach risk. External content requests are made over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page and the effective date will be updated. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
